My friend Phil sent over this photo of him holding his 9.6lb cat he caught over the Labor Day weekend in Champaign, IL. He caught this tiger on a small residential lake with chicken liver bait on the bottom. Nice catch Phil, thanks for the photo! That's a nice cat.
