Well, maybe not flies, but various insects. An alternative way to get your protein, chef & food enthusiast Shoichi Uchiyama has published a book on this unique way of cooking. As I tie flies, I’ve often thought about what a tasty looking fly might look like to a trout, but I have never thought about how it might look tasty to me.
